LIVESTOCK BREEDING
Livestock breeding is based on accurate data that must be gathered from the farms. Three basic systems must be set up: artificial insemination system, performance recording and herd books. Based on these a reliable livestock database can then be established. The aim of these systems is to produce the farmer detailed information to help him manage his farm better and better. This in turn will result to increased economic result. Dairy, food and feed processors will also be clear beneficiaries.
